This May, my wife, son, dog and I moved from a tiny bungalow in Portland, Oregon to a timber-frame house surrounded by 7 acres of woods just outside Burlington, Iowa. There was a perfect music corner in the basement. I already had guitars and a keyboard but managed to quickly round up a cheap used bass and drum kit. These 10 songs were all written, recorded and mixed on a Tascam 8 track recorder over the course of about 5 months. I got valuable feedback and encouragement from friends along the way. Thank you!
